BIO

Inspired by bands such as Tool, Nine Inch Nails and Karnivool, and infusing grooving riffs with orchestral  arrangements to round out their sound, the music of Socionic flows from brutal to beautiful as it bends the genres of progressive, metal, rock and ambient to fervently carry a message that moves the mind. The Los Angeles based project expresses identity through other mediums, eliciting symbolic artwork, video, and prose to fully expose and explore the depths of their creative journey.

The group has already garnered favorable reactions from the press with Music Connection Magazine rating their debut EP "Identity" in their Top 25 New Music Critiques of the year, citing: "Stellar performances, rich production and an ability to craft multi-level tunes that would improve any sci-fi/horror soundtrack." Metal Assault stated: “[Socionic] put on a performance that completely floored a packed house and emphatically exceeded the expectations of even their longtime fans in attendance. ...An unbelievably supreme performance, one that left the audience stunned and overwhelmed.”
